The health and safety of our students is the top priority for Minerva. We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and following guidance issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as national and local government, health, and emergency preparedness organizations. Currently, there are no students, faculty, or staff at Minerva Schools at KGI who have been diagnosed with Coronavirus (COVID-19).
For current students and their families: Current students are actively receiving information via Minerva’s student communication channels. We encourage family members to talk with their students for specific information. Please be assured that the safety of students is the top priority for Minerva.
For higher education administrators and international students impacted by COVID-19. To help institutions and university students who are facing the possibility of a remote campus this fall, Minerva has created the Visiting Scholars Year opportunity. Visiting Scholars will be able to remotely take Minerva’s Cornerstone courses for Fall 2020 or the entire 20-21 Academic Year. Course credits are accredited and eligible to transfer, enabling students to avoid having to take a gap year and helping universities maintain their class enrollment. While Minerva has no control over current or future restrictions, our Forum™ classroom technology enables Minerva students to continue their academic studies uninterrupted from anywhere in the world, so long as they have access to high-speed internet.
