Marianna Panossi serves as the Global Director of Student Services at Minerva Schools at KGI. She is the Principal Designated School Official and the Compliance Officer to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP.) Panossi joined Minerva in 2012 to develop pathways for MSKGI to host international students and has been successful in securing and maintaining the necessary certifications from DHS and SEVP. Panossi brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education both at undergraduate and graduate levels, with expertise in admissions, academic advising, compliance, policy, academic success, and international education.
Panossi has received the highest accolades and recognitions for her work and contributions in international education, internationalization, and educational advocacy from the National Democratic Institute (NDI,) the Commission on Presidential Debates, the Broadcast Education Association (BEA,) and National Association of Foreign Student Advisors (NAFSA), as well as United States Senator Jack Scott and Congressman Adam Schiff.
Panossi is fluent in six languages and is a classically trained violinist. Panossi earned her B.S. in Public Administration and MPA from the University of La Verne.
